Virginia Da Cunhabecame famous in 2001 with Bandanahas shared a post on his account in the last few hours instagram which surprised his 142,000 followers.

Is that the singer and the DJ have been sharing a photo of himself since she was 20 years old (she just made herself known) and weighed 44 kilos. “44kg #tbt 2001. Which weighed in my 20s, I looked like a 14 year old girl. I went to college, played sports and jazz danced. He didn’t stop, he asked for a 10 in all and I would get angry if the salad had too much oil“He began by saying.

And he continued with a paragraph dedicated in particular to the singing competition that gave him the opportunity to be part of Bandana: “With that body I went to the casting and I was chosen… suddenly millions of girls and women aspired to be like me.

“My energy was not in my body, on the ground; but in the air… in being able to keep moving. Until the same body began to stop me through the diseases, but it was my mind that had to heal; my gaze was what I needed to transform,” she added.

Thus, the former partner of Ivonne Guzmán, Lourdes Fernández, Valeria Gastaldi and Lissa Vera made an analysis of society and all those women who, like her, suffered from foodborne illness in their youth.

“All women go through a phase of life in which we demand a ‘beauty’ so superficial and imposed that the disease borders on us. A phase in which we become obsessed with weight and shape in order not to stop being wanted. Because they made us believe that this is our strength but it is a big trap,” she said.

“The new challenge is balance… the new strength is that of inner work, the new beauty is that of well-being… Choose your food consciously and enjoy the pleasure of every bitemove the body, but above all don’t stop inhabiting the break, nourishing the soul and challenging the mind”, he added in other lines.

Is closed: “Free yourself from the imposed schemes. Happy Thursday!!”

Meanwhile, a follower of Da Cunha commented: “How useful this message is for the new generations as the molds are still very imposed even if it may not seem like it. Thanks for sharing Viry.

And another user added: “When I loved my 17 Bandana, I weighed 50 kilos. Then life took me to different places and today at 37 my body is different. I felt sick for a long time until I went to the doctor and it was the body that was taking its toll on me because I have to heal… Thank you for this message and this post.”
