“I drifted away a bit. I tried going a week without social networking, but it didn’t work, I’ve gone crazy. What led me to leave were the excesses, a lot of jokes. Do not joke. Maybe there were bad accompaniments and bad decisions,” Holder acknowledged.

“Thank God I have a very strong family and a very solid group of friends who told me ‘hey, Tomi, that’s enough, you’ve come this far’. I was going out of my way.”confessed the eccentric former Big Brother participant.

Then, he went on to detail in the Ángel de Brito-led cycle what his crazy lifestyle was like after being axed from the reality show. “I went out from Monday to Monday, I stopped showing up in the places where I had to show up,” he admonished, repentant.

And he added: “I have put aside what is important and have entered a world that, perhaps, is sometimes okay when, on a Friday or Saturday, but not Monday to Monday, being so young. It went out every day and out of control, gave it to me every day, literal”.

When asked by the angels what had alarmed him that he was going in the wrong direction, the influencer assured: “Something really scary must have happened to me, a panic attack with shortness of breath, that your heart is gone, everything”.

“He was at an electronic party. So I went to Rosario to calm down a bit. It was very strong, but luckily I got back to good habits and got away from the party a bit. Today I am proud of the changes I am achieving. I haven’t used anabolics for five months and I haven’t injected anything. But now I have fallen into this,” he saved.

“When you get fully into the atmosphere of the night it’s not the healthiest, not at all. During my time in Punta del Este and Cancun, I took a lot of drugs, all kinds you can imagine. And I am very sorry because I have poisoned my body a lot,” she concluded.

“Don’t you take advantage of the visibility that Big Brother has given you like the others?” asked a young man. “I’m in Rosario. It’s hard to travel all the time. I’d have to live there again for that,” the influencer replied.

“Did you leave all exposure and work in the media for your girlfriend?” Asked another user of the social network. And there Holder explained his decision to stay in his hometown: “Not for her, but for love. Sometimes it’s difficult to carry on a long distance relationship. And while I think I’m in a good moment in my career, I can’t ‘t put aside the most important thing in life: love”.
