The Puerto Rican Latin lover embraces the microphone, dances an adagio in his suit oversized and makes you sigh. It’s Ricky Martin’s reunion with the public in Mendoza, after seven years, and it doesn’t disappoint. Communicative, energetic and connected with every sentence of his songs, which he has been singing for decades.
“How are you, let’s continue,” he suggests to his fans, and keeps moving his hips. The Puerto Rican singer’s symphonic version offers all the rhythm, romantic moments and Caribbean dance his audience is used to.

Ricky Martin is accompanied by more than fifty musicians from the orchestra conducted by maestro Ezequiel Silberstein, the same as last year’s shows. His current tour of Argentina started at Villa María Córdoba, Sunday night he was in Mendoza; Thursday 2 March will be at the Vélez stadium and on March 4, at the Rosario racecourse.
The Arena Aconcagua stadium, in the General San Martín park of the city of Mendoza, was full, with 8,500 tickets sold in just a few hours.
