Some musical performances are also already known, such as that of Rihanna, with a named piece, or of Lenny Kravitz, who will take care of performing during the In memorythe space where members of the film industry who died within the past year are honored.

The 95th Academy Awards will be held this Sunday at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles (United States), and will have comedian Jimmy Kimmel as master of ceremonies.

The ones that already were

With a short statement, the hollywood academy had released a previous list, with the first presenters of the awards oscar.

And there was one peculiarity: of the sixteen names announced, fifteen were actors. And the only director… is a musician, Questlove, who won an Oscar for his documentary Summer of Soul (…or, when the revolution couldn’t be televised)in last year’s edition.

As often happens, the supporting actors who won their statuette in the previous edition deliver the prizes to the new winners: the best supporting actress goes to the best supporting actor and vice versa. So the names of Ariana DeBose (she won it for Love without barriers) and Troy Kotsur (the deaf actor who played the family man in the also Best Picture winner tail) are not surprising.

Presenters already announced

Those who will be in charge of announcing the winners and/or perhaps, in one of them, the fragments of the 10 Oscar-nominated films, which will be presented at the 95th edition of the awards were, in the first list and in alphabetical order, the following:
