After a year of rehearsals, preparations and anxiety for the new project, finally this Thursday March 16th arrive tootsie at via Corrientes. The new comedy with Nicolás Vázquez, starring a large cast, premiered at Lola Members.

The debut was a full house (the locations are around 850), with an audience that applauded the actor and all the crew who staged this story, taken from the famous film starring Dustin Hoffman in 1982. In the new version, directed by Mariano Demaría, Vázquez he is also a producer together with Gustavo Yankelevich.

With a stage show that includes several songs and choreographies, costumes by the prestigious Renata Schussheim and musical direction by Gerardo Gardelín, the show also has elements of the Broadway stage production.

Nico was also accompanied by his wife, Gimena Accardi and his family, to whom he dedicated the show.

Julieta Nair Calvo plays Julie (role for which the film was directed by Jessica Lange) and the large cast is completed by Diego Hodara, Maida Andrenacci, Leo Trento, Vivian El Jaber, David Masajnik, Gustavo Bonfigli, Francisco Andrade, Nicolás Chávez , Giselle Dufour, Gonzalo Gerber, Christian Giménez, Juan Mateo Halle, Daiana Fernández, Virginia Kaufmann, Gustavo Monje and Georgina Tirotta.

To realize this character which, according to Vázquez himself, is, until now, the greatest challenge of his career, the actor spent a year dedicated to shaping the character of Dorita. And she did it with physical training to shape her figure, with a special diet, with dance lessons to be able to walk in heels and even perform some choreography, among other things.
