Pianist and composer Dejan Lazić, Italian-Venezuelan violinist Giovanni Guzzo, cellist Steven Isserlis, pianist Lise de la Salle, the Munich Chamber Orchestra, the Fauré Quartett, are some of the main attractions of the season at the Argentine Mozarteum, which opens on Monday April 24 in Colon.

Subscriptions can be renewed from 27 March at the Theater box office.

The season, with seven subscription features in each cycle (7 concerts in total), always at 20:00 in Colónwill be opened by the acclaimed Croatian-born pianist and composer Dejan Lazicwith a program composed of works by Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms, together with creations of his own authorship, in a program entitled Viennese rhapsody.

The second program will be responsible for Salzburg dormitory, which will arrive with the director Giovanni Guzzo. The Italian-Venezuelan violinist will also perform as a soloist, with a program dedicated to works by Johann Christian Bach, Wolfgang Mozart and Franz Schubert.

the famous Chamber Orchestra of Munichthey will come with the French pianist Lise de la Salle, and on June 26 they will present an original dialogue between works by Anton Webern, Frédérich Chopin and Arnold Schönberg.

Second semester

The fourth subscription function will be dedicated to the interpretation of works of the Baroque period, edited by the Archangel Assembly, one of the favorites of the international scene. The ensemble will be presented on Monday 7 August, led by its founder, the English Jonathan Cohen, together with Avi Avital, the virtuoso performer who re-evaluated the mandolin as a solo instrument, in a program of Bach and Vivaldi.

The oldest Swiss orchestra, the Lucerne Symphony, will arrive on Monday 28 August, under the direction of the prestigious Michael Sanderling and with the living legend of the cello, the British Steven Isserlis, as soloist. Schumann’s Concerto will be heard together with Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony.

The remarkable young Austrian baritone Raffaele Fingerlos, recently held both at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and during the Mozart Week in Salzburg, he will make his debut at the Teatro Colón and for the Argentine Mozarteum, together with the pianist Sascha El Mouissi. On Monday 9 October they will perform works by Vaughan Williams as well as German and Italian songs.

After its successful debut last year for the Mozarteum, the Faure Quartetwill close the season on Monday 30 October with essential works for piano quartet by Schubert, Brahms and Schumann.

THE renewal of membership It can be done until March 28, as well as the renewal of the season ticket for those under 30 ($ 11,000).

The enrollment of new members will take place on Monday 27 March and Tuesday 28 March; new members of the youth season ticket will also be able to do so on the same dates.
