According to reports in the last few hours, the initiative to cancel that vote of September 30, 2021 has been sent in committees and will take effect this Wednesday in a session to be held in Vassal Palace.
The project, which today assumes another relevance, was promoted for the first time by the commissioner Miguel Angel Tessandori in November last year since there was a “technical error” in the distinction of the creator of the cumbia 420since the recognitions conferred by the Council do not include the category of “Distinguished Visitor”.
On that occasion, Tessandori remarked: “To raise or highlight a person as illustrious visitorthat is, for the mere fact of passing fleetingly through the city of Rosario fulfilling a commercial obligation, it is exaggerated”.
The commissioner, on the other hand, supported him nor would the interpreter be entitled to the distinction of “Illustrious Citizen”since it is aimed at individuals residing in Rosario and known for their work.
“While one could force the alleged altruistic actions of Elian Angelo Valenzuelait’s hard to ignore the fact that he doesn’t reside in the city of Rosario,” the official explained.
Currently, the project is back on the ballot due to the alleged connection between Elián and the members of the drug gang who leads the clan stonemason.

It is worth clarifying that in September 2021, when L-Ghent stood out, 9 directors voted in favor of this recognition. Meanwhile, 7 voted against and 6 abstained after a tense discussion.
Danielle Leonecouncilor of the UCR (Radical Civic Union), refused to vote in favor of awarding L-Gante as an illustrious visitor and in dialogue with radio service 3of Cadena 3 Rosario said in the last few hours: “I would do it again a thousand times. It was a distinction that obtained 9 votes out of 27 possible. It came out very forced”.
“Promoting the culture of crime related to drugs, weapons, gender-based violence, is what we shouldn’t do… In a raid on one of the bunkers in Los Monos there were tickets to see L-Gante. I won’t refer it to the monkeys, but to those sectors. Is this what we want for our youth?” she closed up, indignant.
The audios in which L-Gante appeared
One of the first connections that surfaced was through a photo leaked on social networks between the musician and Ariel “El Viejo” Canterofounder and father of the leaders of the Rosario gang linked to drug trafficking.
Another proof is the audio to which the singer sent Nelson “Pandu” Aguirrea Coronda inmate associated with the Canteros in producing various criminal acts.
That singer’s voicemail became known thanks to a research in which A phone that Aguirre used to commit crimes from prison was seized. And in the audio, Elián can be heard saying: “I send greetings to Pandu on behalf of L-Gante. Have fun, turro. Send him 420 cumbia for the blacks.”
Meanwhile, days ago, two more audios were leaked to prisoners linked to the aforementioned drug gang. The first of these is a voice recording that you have received Cristian Nicolás “Pupito” Avalle in which L-Gante sang the theme Anti flow reportand dedicated it to him: “For you, Pupito, from L-Gante”.
The second is a message to an inmate of another prison that Avalle forwarded and in which Valenzuela says: “How are you cousin, everything cool? I wish you ready freedom, you know, cousin, to the touch. Cumbia 420 for blacks.”
