“Addiction to drama. The body is addicted to the cortisol and adrenaline that the brain secretes when a dramatic situation occurs. It is so addicted to that intensity that instead of seeing things as they are, it puts a sense of emotion. Assuming threats, dangers, conflicts, betrayals takes you away from your own realization“He began by saying.
And followed: “When we are in drama we cannot see information, we are dominated by emotion… Emotion prevails over observation skills and real opportunities. We need to find a way out of this addictive comfort zone.”
“How much drama is there in your environment that doesn’t allow you to manifest what you really want?”the DJ also asked in that open letter which after a few hours was commented on by more than 80 people and garnered around 2,500 likes.
“To be the one who unfolds the dramatic actbeing negative, aggressive, confrontational, or a victim, to get attention or be the one who always gets drama from others believing you can save them, they are two ends of the same problem,” the former Bandana pointed out towards the end of that letter.
And he optimistically concluded: “Let’s cut the novel, guys, and learn to think well that life is too good and it flies away from us!”.
Virginia da Cunha’s harsh open letter about her food problems at the beginning of Bandana
In February, Virginia da Cunha surprised all her fans with a broad letter which he shared on his Instagram account talking about one of the most difficult phases of his life: when he became famous with a Bandana and had feeding problems.
“My energy was not in my body, on the ground; but in the air… in being able to keep moving. Until the body itself started to stop me through the illnesses but it was my mind that needed to heal; My look was what I needed to transform,” Virginia revealed in that posting that she caught the attention of all of her fans.
And she added: “All women go through a phase of life in which we demand a ‘beauty’ so superficial and imposed that the disease borders. A phase where we become obsessed with weight and shape so as not to stop being wanted. Because they made us believe that this was our strength but it’s a big trap.”
“The new challenge is balance… the new power is that of inner work, The new beauty is that of well-being… Consciously choose your food and enjoy the pleasure of every bite, move your body, but above all don’t stop inhabiting the break, nourish the soul and challenge the mind. Free yourselves from the imposed schemes,” she concluded.
