Entertainment Weekly exclusively released on Tuesday (26) the first official images of “The Gray Man”, the new spy thriller from Netflix.

The feature has a strong cast, including Chris Evans (“Captain America”), Ryan Gosling (“La La Land: Singing Seasons”), Ana de Armas (“007 – No Time to Die”), Regé-Jean Page (“Bridgerton”) and the Brazilian Wagner Moura (“Marighella”). Billy Bob Thorton (“Fargo”) and alfre woodard (“Luke Cage”), Jessica Henwick (“Deep Threat”) and Julia Butters (“Once Upon A Time In…Hollywood”) round out the team.

Based on the book by Mark Greaneypublished in 2009, the plot revolves around Gentry (Gosling), aka the gray man, a former CIA agent known for being an unsurpassed hitman. The plot will show the character being hunted around the world by Lloyd Hansen (Evans), a former CIA colleague.

The project is the result of a partnership between the brothers Anthony and Joe Russo, known for directing “Avengers: Endgame”. The premiere date has not yet been announced.
