“Cala is here with us somehow,” he was honest. And he clarified: “We will make the program as it is presented and above all by sharing it with all of you, who we embrace from here because we know that in this moment you feel what is happening to us, you feel that a part of us is left, of all the followers of the program, which are so many years, we embrace them all”.
“And we’ll try to share that with joy, because he’s consistently put joy into everything he’s done and into the show,” he concluded.
“When we met him, I was scared of him. I was terrified of him until I met him a week later and then I said ‘this man is the best,'” Ximena recalled humorously.
“He was super generous to everyone and that makes us all forever grateful to him,” she later explained.
“This program is Guillermo Calabrese. All that we are we owe to him. So we wanted to pay him a big tribute. We have prepared a great tribute, obviously with the recipes”, closed the chef, before explaining that during the broadcast they would cook Calabrese’s recipes.
