The entertainment world is aware of the state of health of George Rialwho continues to be admitted to a medical center in Bogota, Colombia after suffering a heart problem on Saturday 29 April.
On his Twitter account, Ángel de Brito, after reporting that the daughters of the journalist and driver, Morena and Rocío, went to Bogotá, provided his information about his colleague.
“Rial underwent catheterization, and he had hypotension. Jorge is hypertensive. But the obstruction prevents the blood from flowing and that’s why the pressure drops. They put a stent on him and with that they solved it. But we must wait for the evolution, explained his doctor,” said De Brito first, revealing the statements of Guillermo Capuya.
And then the driver of LAM (America, Monday to Friday at 20:00) detailed the critical situation that Rial went through: “The medical team managed to RANIMIZE him, after going through a dramatic situation, but they pulled him out. They revived him, removed him from the frame and intubated him. You have to wait for the evolution, they tell me about the clinic”.

Pre-infarction occurs when there is a malfunction in the heart muscle known as the myocardium. In general, this failure generates quite severe pain in the chest which occurs because the heart isn’t getting enough blood, so it’s not pumping as much blood to the rest of the body.”
Then, he summed up Rial’s part: “Acute myocardial infarction. Ventricular tachycardia. He revived. He was intubated. Cardiac catheterization. And now he’s stable. Looking forward to its evolution.”

In dialogue with C5N, Capuya, Rial’s personal physician, detailed: “Jorge had a complex heart condition that could be resolved in hemodynamics and is now stable.”
And he added: “The one who has direct contact with the intensive care doctor, i.e. coronary, intensive care, is me. I spoke to the doctors while they were doing the surgery and before”.
“The information I give them is somehow, so to speak, the official one, directly with the people of the clinic, which is a very good clinic, I mean, because I also read that it was in a bad situation and nothing to deal with this,” he said.
And, in this sense, he added: “He’s in the best place. He’s got coverage and support and he’s treated very well.”
For her part, Morena Rial, on her Instagram account, before arriving in Colombia, said in a statement: “As is public knowledge, my father had a heart attack and is hospitalized.”
“I ask for discretion on the matter. With my sister (Rocío) we are traveling in Colombia. We appreciate your concern,” he added.
And he concluded: “As soon as we have more information, we will share it directly with you, thank you.”
