In an interview with Georgina Barbarossa in Rock of Morphi (Teleph, Sunday at 11.30), Lizy Tagliani broke down when she confessed she had been abused by an uncle since she was five.
After the host asked about her childhood, the comedian, actress and host pointed out: “I didn’t have good experiences within my family from an early age. Since 5 years”.
Through tears, Lizy said: “That’s where I learned to stand up for myself. I think my mother knew it, but not from my mouth. She was someone she loved very much and When I understood the seriousness of the situation, I preferred not to talk about it. because, at the same time, she was the only person who helped me, who gave me a job much later, when I was 14”.
“He gave me (money) when he was growing up, much later. Big, 14 or 12, to buy me snacks and stuff,” she explained.
Georgina asked Lizy who was this person who abused her and Lizy pointed out: “He was a boy. When I realized it wasn’t right, I told him and he told me I provoked him, that it was my fault, because he was taking a nap and I provoked him. With that I went a long time without being able to say. I think my aunts have ever seen anything…”.
And then she recalled a harsh childhood experience with her attacker: “I always liked privateers, and where I lived we had to walk a few blocks where a small field began and we turned to go far where there was a privateer; I was going with a little cousin and it was a lot of countryside, at night we started walking, e It made my little cousin look the other way and…”
“And he abused you,” the driver said. Lizy Tagliani, moved, nodded. And he added: “He told me that otherwise he would kill my little cousin”. “I can’t believe this cruelty,” said Georgina, who a few days ago also recounted a tough experience she had to go through in her childhood.
“When I got the chance, I never spoke to him or approached him again. I never dared to tell my mother the truth because he made her happy,” she added, with tears in her eyes, as Georgina listened and held her hand in support.
And then, referring to her new husband Sebastián Nebot, she detailed: “My husband is finding out now, poor thing. I’ve never told any of my friends.”
Lizy Tagliani: “I have neither traumas nor regrets”
“What I’m about to say is horrible, but I have neither trauma nor remorse, It’s like part of something that happened to me, it’s like I hurt myself a lot and healed it,” Lizy reflected.
And he added: “Everything that could have happened to me after, that they called me ‘faggot’, that they didn’t let me go to the bowling alley… all else was nothingness itself, it could produce absolutely nothing for me. Unless they killed me, nothing would hurt me.
