On Wednesday, Netflix announced the premiere date for “Hello, Goodbye and Everything,” its newest novel based on the novel by Jennifer E. Smith, “Hello, Goodbye and Everything”. The feature, which stars the star Jordan Fisher (“To All the Boys: PS I Still Love You,” “Imperfect Dancer”) opens July 6.
The book tells the story of Clare and Aidan, who have only one thing to do the night before they leave for college: figure out whether to keep dating or end the relationship for good. Over the course of twelve hours, they will retrace the steps of the relationship, trying to find something in the past that can help them decide on the future.
During the night, they encounter friends, family, symbolic landmarks and unexpected places, painful truths and startling revelations. But as morning approaches, the inevitable moment of goodbye arrives. The question is: will it be a momentary goodbye or forever?
The novel also has Talia Ryder (“Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always”), Ayo Edebiri (“Dickinson”) and Nico Hiraga (“Out of the Series”) in the cast. This is not the only novel by Jennifer E. Smiththe streaming platform will also release “The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight”, a film that will star Haley Lu Richardson (“Five Feet Away”) and Ben Hardy (“Bohemian Rhapsody”).
The adaptation of “Olá, Adeus e Tudo Mais” is directed by Michael Lewen (“Love”) based on a screenplay by Ben York Jones and Amy Reed.
