Marixa Balli was about to burst into tears yesterday, Wednesday, at THEY (America, 20:00), the cycle led by Ángel De Brito, in recounting how much he suffered for many years due to malpractice. “Seeing the scars I have hurts”revealed the anguished speaker.

The issue of malpractice returned to the program table because the driver referred to the enormous empathy aroused by the heartbreaking testimony given the day before by Silvina Luna, who is undergoing dialysis while waiting for a kidney transplant.

Silvina’s serious kidney problem arose as a result of hypercalcemia, the consequence of an incorrect operation for aesthetic purposes.

In this regard, Marixa recalled that she had to undergo several surgeries after the car accident that almost cost her her life in March 2000 and in which Mariano Fischer, 27, who was her boyfriend at the time, died.

The speaker explained that in that situation, although the seat belt saved her life, it also caused her injuries. “The seat belt did a lot of damage to my body,” she said, noting that he went to a surgeon “I’ve trusted for a long time” to fix it.

“But he gave me a bad practice – Marixa continued- and Seeing the scars hurts me. To this day I’m still trying to get someone to take them off…When De Brito asked her where on the body she has those scars, the dancer she was about to burst into tears and replied that she didn’t want to say.

“The seat belt saved my life, but it hurt me a lot – he insisted – having made that pressure against the seat belt, I hurt myself”.

My surgeon, who was the one who always operated on me, took a shit Balli complained. Instead of saying ‘I’m not capable of doing this’, he said to me: ‘Marixa, divine, come, come, my love’, and he annihilated me.”

He was my surgeon and he’s number one, but he never acknowledged what he did to me,,, He added. He has always been a good surgeon. I had natural lolas and had surgery because it was a lot: 110 in such a small body, with so much dancing, they relax. He worked well for me on that occasion.”

Marixa Balli: “I’m a disaster, learn to operate!”

Having said that, Marixa explained that when she was so injured by the seat belt, she went to the same surgeon, with complete confidence. “But they don’t know how to do reconstructive surgery,” she said.

“Because of this situation, I underwent 7 or 8 surgeries -he said-. And with professionals of the highest level. But no one was able to fix it for me”.

When asked why she didn’t sue the surgeon who performed the malpractice, Marixa replied: “Because I am ashamedWhy makes me hatewhy don’t they take charge, why they are brutes“.

Outraged, she added: ‘First they sit you in an operating room, they tell you they will fix it for you, but they keep ruining your life. I’m mad at all those surgeons. One is placing their body and they are laughing out loud. The only thing they want is to make you pay, because there were no trades. They are a disaster, they learn to operate!“.

Then, the speaker admitted that among all the surgeons she went to, there was one who, seeing her scars, said of the actions of the first colleague who had operated on her: “What he did to you is incredible !” In turn, he promised that he would be able to repair those scars, but for that he would have to undergo four operations.

Unfortunately that doctor died in an accident and Marixa assures that until now she has not been able to find another one who generates the same trust in her, so that she has no choice but to bear the anguish caused by the scars.
