Series will be a prequel to Netflix’s Spanish hit “La Casa de Papel”
Netflix released last Thursday (29), a never-before-seen teaser of “La Casa de Papel: Korea”, the prelude to the Spanish hit streaming “La Casa de Papel”, revealing more details of the story as well as its arrival in the catalog, scheduled for June 24th.
The preview starts talking about thieves and the consequences they suffer for carrying out a robbery, but “those who do big thefts, can change the world”. Watch:
in the remake, Yoo Ji-Tae (“Oldboy”) will appear as the Teacher and Kim Yunjin (“Lost”) as the new character Woo Jin. In addition, we see the other actors, such as Park Hae-Soofrom “Round 6”, which will live berlinpreviously interpreted by Pedro Alonso.
Jun Jong-seo (“On Fire”) as Tokyo; Lee Won-jong (“Hand: The Guest”) as Moscow; Kim Ji-hun (“The Flower of Evil”) as denver; Jang Yoon-ju (“Three Sisters”) as nairobi; Lee Hyun-woo (“To the Beautiful You”) as River; Kim Ji-hoon (“Voice”) as Helsinki; and Lee Kyu-ho (“Alive”) as Oslo complete the cast of “La Casa de Papel: Korea”.
In addition to the Korean version, Netflix is also producing a spin-off series of “La Casa de Papel”. There are still not many details on its plot and who will be in the production, but the series will be focused on the character. Berlin will debut in 2023.
