Alain Delon: French justice orders him to undergo a medical examination, in the midst of his family conflict

The other request to the prosecutor to place his father under guardianship comes from Anthony, according to the statement from the Prosecutor’s Office.

In a letter sent to Montargis’ prosecutor, Ayela requests that a Swiss doctor visit the actor to decide what measures to take in relation to his state of health, as well as to obtain his consent on whether or not to apply a therapeutic treatment.

Ayela alludes in her application to having access to an “alarming letter” from Alain’s Swiss doctor. Delonein which he warned of the “lack of continuity of medical care in France”.

Given the worsening of Delon’s health and the numerous pathologies from which he suffers, the lawyer believes that a “regular check-up” with “periodic exams, treatments and checks” is necessary.

Ayela reports in her petition to the Prosecutor’s Office that these two brothers, in conspiracy against Anouchka, have appointed a general practitioner “who has no competence”.

In this regard, he specifies that Anthony Delon decided to give his father a regime based on “fruit and vegetable juices prescribed by a naturopath” because in his opinion his father “should no longer receive real treatment, but only palliative care “.

Another aspect that according to the lawyer “deserves an investigation” is the violation of medical confidentiality by the naturopath who treats Alain Delon.

The doctor allegedly forwarded the entire Swiss medical record to the actor’s eldest son, with whom he had had an “unprofessional” relationship last summer.
