Argentine cinema “Like the sea” won unanimously first prize at the Miami Ibero-American Film Festival 2024, in the field Latin panorama, the most prestigious award.
The work is directed by Nicolas Gil Lavedra and was written by Zoe Hochbaum and Gustavo Gersberg. He fascinated audiences and critics with a story that sensitively deals with the relationship between a mother and her daughter.
They were present at the awards ceremony in Miami the leading actresses Sofia Gala Castiglione and Zoe Hochbaum, which highlighted the special participation of the first figure Carmen Maura.
