On a special date, Nico Vázquez shared the signal he received from his deceased brother

Saturday was a special day for Nicolas Vázquez (46): a year has passed since the premiere of his work, Tootsie (Lola Membrives Theatre).

And the famous actor, in the theater, received a sign that reminded him of his younger brother, Santiago, who in December 2016, at the age of 27, died suddenly while on vacation in Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic .

On his Instagram account, where more than 4 million people follow him, Nico shared a video, set to music with the song Fix you of the band Coldplay, in which a large amount of butterflies that landed on his image on the poster on the theater door.

On December 16, 2023, seven years after his brother’s death, Nico shared a heartfelt post on his Instagram.

“Always in my soul, brother, back to back and heart to heart. “We’re still together, even if you’re on another plane.”the actor wrote.

“Thank you for taking care of me, guiding me, loving me and always being there. I love you San!”added Nico, who also shared an unedited video of Santiago, as a child, running an athletics race.

In the pictures, the actor can be seen encouraging him during the tour and then congratulating him.
