Matias Ale could not hold back the tears when he received a surprise message from his mother Elena and she recalled the support she received from him when he went through two psychotic episodes that changed his life forever.

In his last days under the leadership of very morning (Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. in Ciudad Magazine), where he replaces Carmen Barbieri, who traveled to Brazil to support Federico Bal after the serious accident he suffered, Alé said goodbye in a very emotional way .

“She took care of us when we were young. My father died at the age of 44,” she began by saying about Elena’s importance in her life.

And then she recalls in detail the support she received from her mother at the end of 2015, when she underwent her first psychotic break. And in mid -2016, the year in which he was re -hospitalized for another similar crisis.

“My mom stroked my forehead and would say‘ calm down ’until I fell asleep. Without him, it wouldn’t be well, ”said Matías, who quickly burst into tears as he recalled the difficult phase of his life.

“Life gave us time to be able to give her back, in some way, what she did for me. Beyond the fact that we had a distance and a difference, one thinks later over time, why come to that,” he lamented, but was quickly stopped by Carmen, who was also shocked to hear the media story.

Extremely moved, he was grateful for the unconditional support Elena gave him and added: “I love him, he knows it. He is the most important person in my life. with my brother. And my friends. They didn’t leave. “

Then, six years after his crisis and deeply moved, he recounted an anecdote of his hospitalization: “When I was hospitalized, the visiting days were Wednesdays and Sundays.. He came to me, and we had an hour and a half visit, but when he left, the clinic closed its doors. All I want is for it to come again on Wednesday”.

“He did not leave, he stayed at the door of the clinic, in the car. He bought me delicious things for my evening. You know he bought me small desserts and he left me at the reception. Because of the medicine I was taking, I had to eat sweets and at night, the doctor who took care of us gave me the little dessert that my mother brought me, ”he recalled, between tears.

Feeling the feeling in her story, as Carmen held her hand, Matías took advantage of the moment of catharsis to send a message to his mother who was looking at the camera: “I know I tortured him badly. I know the pain he feels and I apologize. I love you with all my heart. Thank you and I’m sorry if something didn’t happen to you. “

“Is this a jealous mother?” asked Estefanía Berardi, a panelist from very morning. To which Alé replied: “No, it has nothing to do with it. If he sees me well, he is happy. He has three phrases that he always tells me: ‘I am glad to see you happy’, ‘enjoy your incomparable gift’ and ‘you can’ “.

Finally, he thought of the change he had made in his life after the illness: “Before I was riding in a Ferrari and I wasn’t looking to the side. Now I’m in the Fiat Palio, calm, observing the whole scene. Now I prefer to have a partner with you, have coffee with my old lady, go out to eat with friends. Enjoy a beautiful song. Being connected to God. We are very believers at home. “
