In today’s LAM broadcast, Monday, De Brito said that to delve deeper into the topic he wrote not only with Burlando but also with Ezequiel Luna, Silvina’s brother, who is working to create a series on Silvina’s life, something that she herself had expressed that she wanted it done.

And he gave an example: “The first time Silvina felt ill was the same day as the tail operation (which Lotocki performed on her): that day her brother went to look for her and had to carry her in the back seat. ” out of the car, face down, because he couldn’t sit down. The problem started the same day she left the clinic.

De Brito clarified that Ezequiel Luna was against his sister undergoing this cosmetic surgery, but that he was enthusiastic because many of his colleagues had done it and one of them had recommended Aníbal Lotocki to him.

Fernando Burlando: “Aníbal Lotocki will never leave prison again”

De Brito then addresses the judicial issue and states: “According to what Burlando tells me, Lotocki will never be released from prison again. Never again. This is what he expects. And it is for several reasons. In principle, because the 8 years who is already in prison will have to serve them. But new sentences will be added for some cases already reported and others that will be reported.”

Added to this, as indicated by De Brito, is the fact that the judicial decision will soon be issued in the case in which Lotocki was accused of simple murder with possible malice following the death of his patient Rodolfo Cristian Zárate.”

Regarding Silvina Luna’s autopsy, the LAM driver was amazed: “It’s the only autopsy that lasts so long,” he said. And he explains: “Burlando explained to me that there were experts, but that all the analyzes of this autopsy are done by the State and that there are some specific tests that require much more time than others.”

De Brito: “Today the latest study of Silvina Luna’s autopsy arrived”

Given this situation, De Brito reports: “Today (Monday) the last study arrived, which is a histopathological study… With this the final report will be completed. And this is the cause.”

After stressing that the result should be known in the next few days, De Brito stressed that if it were proven that the material that Lotocki injected into Silvina Luna was what caused her hypercalcemia, kidney failure and, ultimately, death, then it can be taken as a precedent for other cases in which the same doctor was accused of the same practice.
