Over the years, Guido Kaczka He proved himself to be a true off-road driver in each of the programs he hosted, always handling any situation that came his way in front of the cameras with ease and skill, and The floor (El Trece) is no exception.
While the format primarily seeks to measure the mental speed of players, it is they who usually hog the spotlight in front of the cameras. This is what happened on Tuesday 22 October, when the presenter was visibly surprised to see how Mila, one of the participants, asked to leave the program because she didn’t imagine it could happen.
It all started when Mila was randomly chosen to take on one of the program’s challenges, and while nerves among contestants are common, Kaczka wanted to make sure the young woman was willing to participate in the challenge.
”Mila, belonging to the ‘Chorus’ category. Thousands, did you want it or not?” he asked, referring to the test that awaited him.
However, the young woman was visibly nervous and with a broken voice, she replied: “NO”taking the animator completely by surprise, who couldn’t help but inquire about the reasons why he refused to take on the challenge.
This is how Guido responded to a question: “You didn’t want to? Did you want to be last?” However, the contestant stumped the host when she admitted she wanted to leave the game: “No, well, I already wanted to go out.”
It was then that the driver The floor He reminded the young woman that she could withdraw from the program if she wished: “Did you really want to leave? Mila, you can abandon him.”
Shocked by her reaction, the young woman knelt down and let out a few tears, while her classmates tried to calm her down.
In the midst of an atmosphere of tension due to the anguish that the participant showed in the middle of the program, Guido approached her and tried to console her: “But Mila, It’s not like you have to go to the confessional or anything, here you can order yourself to move”. And in an attempt to lighten the situation to continue with the program, he asked him once again: “Would you rather not play or do the challenge?”
“There is a possibility that you do, anyone can abandon a match,” Kaczka pointed out and then refreshed the rules of the format, thus giving, the possibility of renouncing one’s seat on the board while one of the contestants encouraged her to continue her time in the competition.
When he realized how pressured the young woman felt, Guido exclaimed with his characteristic humor: “Stop asking her to challenge and turned back to the participant: “Did they get on your nerves? “There is the option to drop out and choose who gets your territory.”
Faced with the driver’s question, Mila nodded as she wiped away her tears, confirming her decision. “Mila, do you want to stop?” Guido asked her and she replied: “I want to leave” still moved by the moment of vulnerability she starred in the program.
When the time came to give up her seat, the contestant chose another contestant, Eduardo. “I will choose Eduardo from the ‘Creadores’ because when I was most afraid that he would choose me, he didn’t,” he explained.
Finally the driver said goodbye to her. The floor: “Loud applause for Mila, who leaves the game without getting hurt”.
For her part, when Mila was out of competition, she assured that, although she had fun during her participation in the program, “he felt the need to leave”.
