Madonna reached her hit number 50 in the Dance Songs ranking and will be celebrating it with a double album of remixes

Perhaps unexpectedly, Madonna made history again and topped the Dance Songs chart for the 50th time, becoming the first and only artist to rank 50 No. 1 hits on a Billboard chart.

To celebrate this historic milestone, Madonna curated two new collections. On the one hand, Finally enough love: 50 numbers, a new collection of 50 songs featuring your favorite remixes of those dance music from the past four decades. On the other hand, a reduced version of 16 songs, titled simple finally enough love.

These new collections are the first releases that are part of a newly announced deal between Madonna and Warner Music Group, which will include a series of catalog releases from throughout her groundbreaking career.

The compilation with 50 remixes

Finally enough love: 50 numbers covers his entire reign on the dance music chart, with dozens of remixes by top international producers. In addition to fan favorites, the collection also includes a selection of rare remixes, more than 20 of which have been officially released for the first time or are making their commercial/digital debut.

The collection will be available in digital format at August 19, including 3 CD versions. A limited edition of 6 red and black vinyls will also be released exclusively at Madonna’s official store and at Rhino.com.

With over 220 minute remixes, 50 numbers opens in chronological order, showcasing the many musical re-inventions that have made Madonna an international icon, from holidays from 1983 to I’m Not Looking I’m Looking, 2019, with remixes of some of the biggest and most influential DJs of all time, including Shep Pettibone, William Orbit, Honey Dijon and Avicii.

To have a first listen to these collections, the version was presented for the first time in digital form. You Can Dance Remix from In The Groove.

Special guests

In some songs, Madonna is shown accompanied by other incredible artists, from the likes of Britney Spears (I’m Against The Music); Justin Timberlake at Timbaland (4 minutes); and Nicki Minaj (I’m a bitch Madonna).

Each remix was remastered for this collection by Mike Dean, who has produced Madonna’s two latest studio albums, Rebel heart (2015) at madam x (2019).

The audience included the Pope

Yesterday, Madonna posted on her Twitter account that she wanted to have an audience with Pope Francis. An announcement that surprised his nearly 3 million followers. In a few hours it had over 300 comments.

“I am a good Catholic. I swear! I mean, I’m not swearing! ”The singer started writing on the popular social network. It has been several decades since I last confessed. Is it possible for us to meet someday to discuss some important issues? ” he added.

Madonna recounted that she was excommunicated three times. “It doesn’t seem fair to me. Sincerely, Madonna, ”he concludes the post.
