Ukrainian journalists are given a special Pulitzer Prize for their “courage” in reporting on Russia’s invasion of their country, the association of America’s most prestigious press awards announced Monday.
Marjorie Miller, the Pulitzer Prize representative, praised the courage, perseverance and commitment of journalists in Ukraine to report the truth during the relentless invasion of their country by [le président russe] Vladimir Putin and his propaganda war with Russia.
Despite the bombings, kidnappings, occupations and even the deaths among their ranks, [les journalistes ukrainiens] persevered to give an accurate picture of a horrible fact, which brings honor to Ukraine and to journalists around the worldjudged Ms. Miller speaking at an award ceremony in New York.
According to the Committee to Protect Journalists, a New York-based international NGO, seven journalists-including three of Ukrainian origin-have been killed in Ukraine covering the war against Russia since Feb. 24. The association is investigating on the deaths of five other Ukrainian journalists to confirm that their deaths were actually related to the use of their profession.

The Pulitzer Prizes, administered by Columbia University in upper Manhattan, were also awarded for its 106at publishing several awards to a wide range of American press for their coverage of local, national and international news in 2021.
These award-winning media include New York Times (NYT), one of the most important newspapers on the planet, has won three awards.
Specifically for a national investigation into American police road checks, resulting in hundreds of deaths by guns where agents and agents typically flee any punishment.
