The story of “Dynasty”, a series starring Elizabeth Gillies (“Brilliant Victoria”), will officially end in season five. According to TVLine, the CW network has decided to cancel the production, which is a reboot of the classic soap opera shown in the 1980s.
Created by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savageboth from “Gossip Girl”, the production follows the family members Carringtons and colbysfamilies struggling to grow their fortunes, control their children and prevent their heirs from destroying the empire they built.
The production cast includes Daniella Alonso, Elaine Hendrix, Sam Underwood, Rafael de la Fuente, Robert Christopher Riley, Michael Michele, Sam Adegoke, maddison brown, Adam Huber, Eliza Bennett and Grant Show.
In addition to “Dynasty”, “Legacies”, “Naomi”, “Roswell, New Mexico”, “In the Dark”, “Charmed” and “4400” will not win new episodes. The CW’s are “The Flash,” “Stargirl” and “Superman and Lois.” Recently, “Batwoman” and “Legends of Tomorrow” were also canceled.
The fifth season of “Dynasty” is currently airing on The CW, with just three weekly episodes left to wrap up the story. In Brazil, the series is available in the Netflix catalog.
