Taylor Sheridan’s Series Coming to Paramount+

“Tulsa King” will mark the first time stallone stars in a television series, and it all happened over a weekend after a conversation between Sheridan and the CEO of 101 Studios, David C. Glasser.
According to the CheatSeet website, when glasser asked the Sheridan about making a program that featured “the cool savagery of ‘Goodfellas’ with Stallone” on a Friday afternoon, within 48 hours the creator of “Yellowstone” had already drafted a script for the pilot and presented the idea to stallonewho signed immediately.
“I wanted to look for movie stars. An opportunity to work with someone like Stallone just follows that model“, he said Sheridan to the Outsider.
The new series will be showrunner by someone very familiar with mafia dramas – the former executive producer of “The Sopranos”, Terence Winter.
“Tulsa King” is set to debut soon on Paramount+.
