Production with Pakistani heroine arrives on Disney+ in June
Marvel used its social networks last Thursday (12), to release a new poster for “Ms. Marvel”, the first MCU production starring a Pakistani heroine. The character is lived by Iman Vellaniwho is also of Muslim descent.
In the new poster, the young Kamala Khan appears more powerful than ever. And the legend still promises an epic story on the way. Check out:

In “Ms Marvel”, the character Kamala Khan is described as “a huge fan of superheroes – especially Captain Marvel – Kamala gains the ability to change her shape and size, allowing her to, among other things, punch with a very, very large fist.”
In the comics, the young girl is known to have powers that make her change her body shape and proportions. She is of Pakistani descent and takes inspiration from the former Ms. marvel, call Carol Danvers. Later, she became the captain marvel and the publisher of the HQ’S replaced it with Kamalawhich assumed the identity of Ms. Marvel.
The series will have Bisha K. Ali (“Four Weddings and a Funeral”) responsible for writing and directing the production, which also has a cast formed by Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah and Matt Lintz.
“Ms. Marvel” debuts in the Disney+ catalog on June 8.
