The series “La Casa de Papel: Korea”, remake of the Spanish version that was successful on Netflix, won a teaser this Friday (20) showing the gang planning to practice the biggest robbery ever seen in Korea.
In the preview, we can see that people are unhappy with the fact that the two Koreas have united economically but only the rich have gotten even richer.
The actor Yoo Ji-tae will be the Teacher; Kim Yunjin will play Woojin (Inspector Raquel in this version); Park Hae-soo like Berlin; Jun Jong-seo like Tokyo; Lee Won-jong like Moscow; Kim Ji-hun like Denver; Jang Yoon-ju like Nairobi; Lee Hyun-woo like River; Kim Ji-hoon like Helsinki and Lee Kyu-ho like Oslo.
The new version of “La Casa de Papel” will be directed by Kim Hong-sun (“Voice”) and script of Ryu Yong-jae (“Ssaikopaeseu Daieori”).

In addition to the Korean version, Netflix is also producing a spin-off series of “La Casa de Papel”. There are still not many details on its plot and who will be in the production, but the series will be focused on the character. Berlin will debut in 2023.
