The CW’s teen series will end in season seven
Last week, fans of “Riverdale” received the news that the CW will end the series in the seventh season and it wasn’t just them who were saddened by the information. The show’s star KJ Apaspoke about mixed feelings about being about to say goodbye to the role of Archie Andrews.
In an interview with TV Insider, KJ said that the show’s cancellation didn’t surprise the cast, but they were still shaken by having to say goodbye to the characters. “Many of us kind of predicted this was coming. We knew it would end sooner or later. But overall, I feel a lot of mixed emotions. I am sad. It’s going to be really hard to say goodbye to Archie, Riverdale.”he said.
Then, the actor revealed an unusual reason that made him happy for the cancellation of the series: “Can’t say I’m going to miss the red hair, but yes. It’s going to be hard.”

In recent weeks, The CW has canceled several productions from its schedule, including “Legends of Tomorrow”, “Batwoman”, “Naomi”, “Legacies”, “Dynasty”, “Charmed”, “Roswell, New Mexico”, “In The Dark” e “4400”.
“Riverdale” is currently in its sixth season, which will feature a cameo from Kiernan Shipka how Sabrina spellman, the protagonist of “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”. All six seasons of the series are available on Netflix.
