New Disney/Pixar movie hits theaters June 16
Disney and Pixar released last Monday (23) a never-before-seen teaser for “Lightyear”, which follows the ranger buzz on a new mission after so many years isolated on a planet, along with the entire aviation team.

“Lightyear” is a science fiction adventure that tells the origin of the astronaut hero buzz lightyear. The production follows the legendary space ranger after being abandoned on a hostile planet 4.2 million light years from Earth alongside his commander and her team.
While buzz tries to find a way back home through space and time, a group of ambitious recruits and the charming robot cat for companion, Sox, join the hero. To complicate the situation, Zurgan imposing presence, and his army of ruthless robots, arrive on the planet with a mysterious commitment.
The film features the English voices of Chis Evans (“Captain America: Civil War”) as the protagonist, Use Fertilizer as your commander and best friend Alisha Hawthorneand Peter Sohn how Sox. Keke Palmerhow Izzy Hawthorne; Taika Waititihow Mo Morrison; Dale Souleshow Darby Steel; and James BrolinThe Thanos from the latest Avengers movies, such as Zurgcomplete the team.
Michael Giacchino, responsible for the music for “The Batman” and “Spider-Man: No Return Home”, was the latest confirmed to join the production as composer of the soundtrack for “Lightyear”. Winner of an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a Grammy, giacchino has a long journey at Pixar, since he was responsible for the films “Up: High Adventures”, the duology “The Incredibles”, “Cars 2”, “Ratatouille”, “Live Life is a Party”, “Fun Mind” and much more.
with direction of Angus MacLane (“Finding Dory”), “Lightyear” is scheduled to premiere on June 17, 2022. The film’s original soundtrack will also be available on that day.
