Christie’s auction house announced on Wednesday that on July 7 it will auction off the studio’s first new recording since 1962 of the iconic theme Blowin ‘In The Wind by Bob Dylan.
A recording of the song, a musical classic, was made in a special session in 2021 with renowned producer T Bone Burnettto develop new ultra high fidelity support, IonicOriginals, which combines CD and vinyl technology for physical music distribution.
The first recording using Burnett’s patented technology company, NeoFidelity, will be sold with an estimated price of between £ 600,000 and £ 1 million (703,000 and 1.27 million euros), Christie revealed in a statement.
