The writer, who specializes in sentimental novels with titles as evocative Hell in the heart where the bad wifedeclined to block, making sure the CCTV footage of him appearing near the crime scene only showed him looking for inspiration for his books.
As for a missing pistol, which is the weapon of murder according to police, he swears he bought it for realism, as a prop for writing a book. He also denied the accusation that he killed his wife to pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars of life insurance.
Lawyers for the 71-year-old woman have indicated their intention to appeal, according to the local newspaper The Oregonian.
A financial reason?
Nancy Crampton Brophy was in financial trouble when she shot her husband twice in the heart in June 2018 at the cooking school where she works, prosecutors said. Students found Daniel Brophy, 63, on the floor of a classroom.
Her husband was arrested in September of that year, and has been incarcerated ever since.
At trial, prosecutor Shawn Overstreet presented evidence he said showed that defendant had committed murder.
Money is not the only issue. It’s about the lifestyle she wants, and Dan can’t give her.he said to explain his gesture.
In leadership, Nancy Crampton Brophy dismissed these allegations, making sure her financial problems were ancient history.
Financially, it’s better if Dan is alive than he is dead.he testified.
Where is the motive, I ask you? An editor will laugh and say I think you have to work on this story, there’s a big hole in it.
The length of the sentence that the writer has to execute is not yet known.
The test how to kill his wife is committed to the art and method of leaving a spouse without concern for justice.
So we found out that guns arenoisy, chaotic, and requires some skill.
But, ending the essay, the thing about murder is that each of us is capable of this, when pushed hard.
