Is Roger Waters shaking? The question is figurative, of course, and refers to the record the former Pink Floyd had on the River, including his 9 shows at the Monumental de Núñez in 2012. It’s that Coldplay. he continues to outdo himself every weekand has already earned its eighth show on the River for its Music Of The Spheres Tour.
After selling seven shows on River in record time –will be held on October 25, 26, 28 and 29, and November 1, 2 and 4-, the British band got a new date. Produced by DFEntertainment, the new show will be held on November 5th at the iconic Nuñez stadium, and tickets will go on sale May 31 at 10, via https://www.allaccess.com.ar/event/coldplay.
On this eighth date, Coldplay has surpassed the old record of five Rolling Stones in River dates and six Soda Stereo concerts in 2007. And all indications are that, if the Coldplay fever continues like this, can set a new record by the collapse of the “wall” built by Waters with TheWall.

That public phenomenon happened in March 2012, and now it can be overcome. To go by the numbers, a whole Monumental is at least 65 thousand people.
The Argentine euphoria for the return of the creators Yellow, The Scientists, Fix It and the recent hit on BTS My worldbrand an unprecedented precedent in the history of live shows in Argentinawhich designates the band led by Chris Martin as one of the most enthusiastic constituents of the local public.

The tour includes the release of Music Of Spheresthe band’s ninth studio effort, that single High Power was first produced from the International Space Station by French astronaut Thomas Pesquet.
In addition, the disc includes the song My worldwhich caused the group the first British band to debut at number one on the US Hot 100 for their collaboration with BTS.
At that time, in 2017, at Unico de La Plata
With seven shows completely exhausted (so far), Coldplay will once again take place in our lands five years after the memorable tour A Head Full Of Dreamswhich occupied the Estadio Único de La Plata in 2017 through lights and colors.
The British band has released this deluxe pack “Live in Buenos Aires / Live in São Paulo / A Head Full Of Dreams”: a CD, DVD and documentary.
That last tour was before and after for Argentine fans, as it were the same band that decided to start and end the tour in our countryshowing the strong connection between the artists and the Argentine public.
The most sustainable tour in history
The new British tour brings a challenge in the face of new ways of enjoying live shows. To achieve this, they set out to develop active awareness in their own shows to generate positive change in relation to natural resource conservation.
Some of the specific messages to raise public awareness are:
-Put 10% of all income into a fund for environmental and social purposes, including ClientEarth, A Tree Planted by The Ocean Cleanup.
-Establish a partnership with climate change experts at the Grantham Institute of Imperial College London linked to the Climate Change and Environment area to quantify the impact of the tour, both positive and negative, on the environment.
