Max’s interpreter proved to be a big fan of Kate Bush, but in real life Taylor Swift is her favorite
Max Mayfieldlived by Sadie Sink, revealed his favorite song in the fourth season of “Stranger Things”. In one of the most important moments of the plot, the audience can see the importance that “Running Up That Hill”, by Kate Bush, have in your life. But in real life, there is another song that would save the character of the vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower).
sink told the track that would carry the same meaning as that of Bush for Max: it is about “august”, of none other than Taylor Swift. Coincidence, since the redhead acted in the short film of “All To Well”, also by Swiftnext to the actor Dylan O’Brien and a brief appearance by Shawn Levy.
“This song can honestly revive me from anything”confessed sadie (even though “The 1”, by taylor, was actually at the top of their Spotify Wrapped last year). The actress also talked about the development of Max in this fourth season, and how vecna takes advantage of her vulnerability as she deals with a mixture of grief and guilt after the events of the previous season, most notably the death of Billy (Dacre Montgomery).
“She’s a person with a lot of pain”said sink to Netflix. “Seeing her on this journey and then in even more painful circumstances, but still choosing to fight, to be a team player and also to continue on her own – that’s really inspiring.”he added.
The fourth year of “Stranger Things” still has the returns of Milly Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Wynona Ryder, David Harbor, Joe Keery and Maya Hawke. Amybeth McNulty (“Anne With An E”) joined the cast as Vickyone of the members of the high school band.
Divided into two parts, the first of “Stranger Things” is now available on the digital platform. Volume 2 enters the catalog of the streaming approximately a month later, on the 1st of July.
