The title role was played by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, a 13-year-old Briton we saw on another Disney+production broadcast, Flora and Ulysses.

Note that in December of this year was another adaptation inspired by the Italian story of 19e Century, a stop-motion animated feature co-directed by Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro.
