For producer Warner Bros. there is another scandal coming thanks to Ezra Miller, the protagonist of Rapidwhich is in production, since the actor has been involved in several confusing and violent situations, which could lead him to decide to replace him.

So far this year the actor has already been arrested twice, in Hawaii, in March, on charges of disturbing public order and harassment; and in April, for throwing a chair at a woman, causing her to be slightly injured. Also fresh is the memory of an incident in Iceland, where he was also accused of violence for grabbing a woman by the neck, filmed by a camera.

On the other hand, from the environment of the production house they ensure that during the filming of Rapid he had trouble remembering his parts of the script and didn’t get along well with the rest of the film crew. And he cares about the stability of his mental health.

It is expected that Rapid It will be released in June next year, but many are wondering if Miller will continue to generate scandals, from now to the premiere in a year. There is also the question of whether Warner Bros. wants to replace Miller to continue the saga.

Directed by an Argentine

Rapiddirected by the Argentine Andy MuschiettiIn addition to having Miller as Barry Allen / The Flash, it features Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as two different Batman. Also in the cast are Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Antje Traue as Faora-Ul, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen and Ron Livingston as Henry Allen.

Miller previously played the character in the previous two films The League of Justice and especially in the version released on HBO Max, last year, his character starred in the sequence that was chosen by the audience as the Moment of joy. In that scene, Flash travels back in time to rescue his teammates and fight Steppenwolf.

In Rapid , Barry Allen / Flash travels back in time to save his mother from murder and rehabilitate the name of his father, who was wrongfully imprisoned. Thus, he will end up in a parallel reality and meet the real killer.

There will also be alternate versions of his companion on that journey The League of Justicethat will help you in your mission. The film was originally supposed to be released this year, but has been postponed in post-production to 2023.

Depending on the site Variety, Warner Bros. considers it impossible, at this time, to replace Ezra Miller as Barry Allen in the film, because his character appears in almost every scene. And the film has very little to finish. There are also sequences in which the actor appears replicated to combine different versions of the Flash in the same place, a product of the hero’s journey through the multiverse.

As if that weren’t enough, the film passed several test screenings with an excellent response. And the launch of the fast-paced superhero story alone remains a priority for the production company.

If you also take into account the fact that the film has a cost of over a hundred million dollars, there is not much room to do everything from scratch and with another actor. Although versions have emerged that indicated possible replacements of Ezra Miller in the DC Extended Universe, the more serious denomination of Grant Gustin and Dylan O’Brien, for now the place of the interpreter of Rapid is protected.
