Lionel Messi himself joined as a special guest at the filming of the second season of the series The protectorswhose production has just ended.
The scenes were shot in Paris, with the soccer star along with Adrián Suar (in the role of Renzo “Mago” Magoya), Andrés Parra (in the role of Reynaldo “Colombia” Morán) and Gustavo Bermúdez (Carlos “Conde” Mendizábal) .

The shooting
This new season of the exclusive Star + series, written by Marcos Carnevale and directed by Jorge Nisco, comes with an action-packed and suspenseful storyline, guest characters and an exceptional cast.
Filming took place in several locations in Buenos Aires and Paris and continues the story of the trio of football representatives who now face an unexpected threat to their business.
