A week after the end of his highly publicized defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard, Johnny Depp has announced that he will release an album on July 15 with British rocker Jeff Beck.
The 13-track disc, titled 18is largely made up of covers – from Beach Boys, Marvin Gaye or The Velvet Underground – according to a press release sent by Depp and Beck.
The album also features their first duet single, “Isolation”, a reinterpretation of a song by John Lennon.
It also includes two songs written by Johnny Depp: “This Is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr” and “Sad Motherfuckin ‘Parade”.
The duo met in 2016, making friends with each other cars and guitars.
