Veterans of the American punk scene Anti-Flag will be in Montreal, Quebec, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Joliette and Saguenay from Nov. 12, then in Toronto on Dec. 10. The first part of the concerts in Quebec will be provided by Vulgaires Machins et Mudie, a single project by Hugo Mudie, former head of Sainte Catherines.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Anti-Flag has always been very popular in Quebec in its nearly 30-year career. The band’s latest album, 20/20 Visionbuilt in 2020. The quartet is currently working on its 13th album, which should be released shortly.
For their part, Vulgaires Machins returned in April by releasing their first single in over 10 years. The song I raise my glasses will be the epilogue of disruptionthe quartet’s first album of new songs since then Requiem for the Deafin 2010.
Tickets for six concerts in Quebec are now on sale. Those for the Toronto concert will go on sale on Friday.
