On July 2, Judge Raiza Cajigas Campbell, of the San Juan District Court, Puerto Rico, issued a restraining order against Ricky Martin and attempted to hand him over to his home in the north island town of Dorado. , according to the spokesman for the local police, Axel Valencia.
