During a sold-out concert in Denver on Saturday at Empower Field at Mile High, the Red Hot Chili Peppers announced the release of a new studio album, their second of 2022, Billboard reports. The information was later confirmed on the group’s Twitter account, which revealed the project’s psychedelic cover art.
Entitled The return of the canteen of dreamsthis double album will be released on October 14 and will be produced by Rick Rubin, already in charge of his previous album released in April, limitless love, and cult records like blood sugar sex magic in 1991 and Californication in 1999. The first single from this new effort should be called Tippa my tongueannounced bassist Flea.
“It’s really good news,” he added during this program in front of almost 50,000 people.
The American rock band is currently on its first stadium tour. He was in Europe in June and early July, highlighting his performance at the Stade de France on July 8 and 9.
