New trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever breaks audience records

The trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda forever already passed the 175 million views in the first 24 hoursbecoming one of the main Marvel Universe debut trailers for a superhero movie.

The public teaser for Wakanda forever nearly doubled the 88 million views the original teaser for Black Panther in 2017.

The trailer also set social media on fire, with related topics Black Panther which has collected more than 893,000 mentions. Chadwick Boseman, Namor, Shuri, T’Challa, Ryan Coogler and Angela Bassett became trending topics after the debut of the teaser and hashtag #Wakanda forever took a stand number one for more than five consecutive hours.

Get 172 million views in the first 24 hours, Black Panther: Wakanda forever becomes one of the main trailers of an independent Marvel movie after titles like the trailer for Spider-Man: There is no way to go home (the still unbeatable, with 355.5 million views) and the teaser of Thor: Love and thunder (209 million views).
