Junior Eurovision without Russia and Germany

Several countries have already confirmed their participation, including France, Italy and Portugal. Germany will not participate in the competition this year, as will Russia, which was expelled from the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) last February.

Eurovision 2023 will take place in Great Britain and not in Ukraine, which has denounced the decision to withdraw its celebration from the next edition for security reasons after the Russian invasion of its territory.
