Actor Roger E. Mosley, famous for his role as Theodore “TC” Calvin, partner of Tom Selleck, in the successful series of the 80 Magnum, is dead. He was 83 years old.
As published by his daughter on Facebook, the actor was injured in a car accident in Lynwood, on the west coast of the United States last week. Paralyzed from the shoulders, he was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles before succumbing to his injuries on Sunday.
However, no details about the circumstances of this car accident have been released.

If he began his career in the early 70s, Roger E. Mosley made a name for himself on television thanks to the series Magnum where he plays the helicopter pilot Theodore Calvin, alias TC since the first season.
A friend of Thomas Magnum, Rick and Higgins, his character appeared between 1980 and 1988 in no less than 156 episodes of the 162 television show. For a season 7 episode, he will even be a writer and will also attempt to direct the 20th episode of season 4. Helicopter pilot in real life, however, he has never done actual flights in Magnum.
“We can never mourn such an incredible man. I would hate for people to cry for him. It’s time to celebrate the legacy he left us all,” his daughter posted on Facebook announcing his death.
