In a statement released Monday, police said they were alerted to a burglary at a Stamford home belonging to Isaac B. Winokur around 5:55 p.m. local time on May 1.

“Initial findings indicated that multiple bottles of alcohol were taken from the residence while the owners were not present,” police said in a statement.

After reviewing surveillance footage and taking statements, police said they had “solid grounds” to charge Ezra Miller with “misdemeanor burglary of a vacant dwelling.” The actor was scheduled for a hearing in Vermont Superior Court, Bennington Criminal Division, on September 26.

This is not the first time that Ezra Miller has been involved in legal cases. In March he had already been charged with disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar in Hawaii. He had been sentenced to pay a $500 fine.

“Ezra Miller started yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone of a 23-year-old woman who was singing karaoke. He then lunged at a 32-year-old man who was playing darts,” Hawaii police said.

These mishaps with the law have greatly damaged the image of the actor. Many Internet users have called, for example, to boycott the next movie The flash- scheduled for June 2023- and also ordered the production to replace the actor.
