The fairies-students of the Alféa academy will flap their wings again. Netflix unveils this Tuesday the trailer for season 2 of the series Destiny: The Winx Sagascheduled for September 16. First images that promise a new round of magic, drama and unexpected turns.
Little information has been leaked at the moment about the content of these new episodes, except for the arrival of new characters. In particular that of Flora, played by Paulina Chavez, whom fans have been waiting for: she is one of the protagonists of the original cartoon, whose absence in the first salvo had earned Netflix a torrent of criticism.
Because Destiny: The Winx Saga is the adaptation of the Italian animated series winx-clubwhich was an international hit with kids in the early 2000s.
Buoyed by the anticipation of these viewers who have become young adults, this 2020-style reboot ranked first among the most viewed content on the platform when it launched in January 2021. But many fans expressed their disappointment and the press had been mixed.
