The a Knotfest Roadshow is one of the best known festivals and recognized worldwide for fans of heavy metal. Now it will arrive in Argentina for the first time, on two dates, 8 and 13 December, and the stadium that will host the match will be the Movistar Arena. The main bands will be Slipknot and Judas Priest.
Tickets can be obtained via the Movistar Arena indoor mini-stadium website, starting Thursday 25 August starting at 12.00.

The Knotfest Metal Festival will have a first edition at the Movistar Arena on 8 and 13 December respectively.
The show will feature the presence of two legendary bands: the first recital will be conducted by the Americans of Slipknot, while the second will be led by the British group Judas Priest. The production of the concerts will be borne by the Fenix Entertainment Group.
Slipknot are an alternative metal group formed in 1995, whose members are currently Corey Taylor, Craig Jones, Jim Root, Mick Thomson, Shawn Crahan and Sid Wilson, will be the band in charge of commanding the opening day of their festival in the country on December 8, before the release of his new album The end so far.
In July last year, Joey Jordison, former drummer of the American heavy metal group Slipknot and one of the band’s founding members, passed away at the age of 46. And although his family did not want to give the reason for his death, it was known that he had myelitis. He is the second member of the band to die, before bassist Paul Gray, who died of a morphine overdose in 2010.
The band currently consists of Corey Taylor, Craig Jones, Jim Root, Mick Thomson, Shawn Crahan and Sid Wilson.

Although the full lineup of Knotfest Argentina 2022 is not yet known, some bands may also come to the country that have confirmed that they would perform in Chile on December 11, such as Sepultura, Bring Me the Horizon, Trivium, Mr. Bungle and Venduti.
It also emerged that the final list of artists for both countries could include Pantera with Phil Anselmo on vocals and Rex Brown on bass.
And it is not yet known which Argentine bands would join the festival, although obviously metalheads like Ricardo Iorio or Arde la sangre, recent winners of the Gardel Award for best heavy rock album, have already settled among the names.
