Evolution of COVID-19

Quebec also listed 2,066 new COVID-19 infections, bringing the number of confirmed cases in Quebec to 1,037,658 since February 2020.

However, the number of cases identified does not represent the situation, as access to screening centers is only possible for groups considered priority.

The Ministry of Health, which reports 1,061 active outbreaks, reports 16,726 tests conducted for a positivity rate of 11.5%.

Vaccination

So far, 87% of Quebecers ages 5 and older have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 54% have received a third dose, according to data from the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services.
