The Ministry of Health also reports 2,359 new cases through PCR tests since the previous analysis. Authorities have identified 896,972 cases of the infection since the pandemic began. However, the number of cases listed does not represent the situation because access to screening centers is limited to client priorities.

According to the VaccinTrackerQC site, 24,833 doses of the vaccine have been given in the past 24 hours, mainly secondary booster doses.

The percentage of people aged five years and older who received the first dose was 91.42%. It was also reported that 87.67% of the Quebec population received a second dose and 59.09% received a booster dose.
