Hospital admissions increase 19%
With 8,063 new hospitalizations, hospital admissions increased “strongly” by 19% compared to the previous week, when 6,750 new admissions had been recorded. The same occurs with intensive care services, with 761 admissions, or 22% more in one week, while deaths in health and medico-social facilities increased by 12%, with 389 registered deaths.
An increase that seems to continue: in the first three days of this week, according to an AFP calculation, new admissions grow again by 22% and admissions to critical care by 32%.
