Last week, North Bay Police and the Ontario Provincial Police spearheaded a campaign targeting noisy illegally altered vehicles in the area.

North Bay Police Department communications manager David Woolley said the first week of the campaign was a success.
A total of 32 cases have been filed since last Monday. The charges are related to fast driving, excessive noise and dangerous driving.

So far, police do not see an end date for their campaign. We just want to make sure people follow the lawMr. explained. Woolley.
The North Bay Police Department said it has received several complaints from residents about excessive noise from modified vehicles in the past year.
